5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the full payment.
For operators, the following applies: We reserve the ownership of the goods until the complete settlement of all outstanding bills deriving from our continuing busniess relationship. You may resell goods subject to the retention in normal business operations; altogether, out of this further sale you yield out of the outstanding accounts – independent from a connection or mixing of the previously held goods with a new article – in the previously decided invoiced amount, and transfer it to us. You remain authorized to collect on debts, but we may also collect ourselves, as long as your payment liabilities do not keep up.
6. Transport Damage
Should goods with obvious transport damages be delivered, please report such defects as soon as possible to the delivery agent and promptly initiate contact with us. Failing to submit a claum or initiate contact has no consequences toward your legal claims and the associated enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. It does help us, though, for making good our own claims against the freight carrier, or our transport insurance.
